Known Requirements / Notes
- ⚠️ Flash HyperOS 2.0 firmware first (mandatory)
- Use volume buttons to navigate recovery (touch doesn’t work)
- Must be on stock HyperOS before flashing
- Dirty flashing? You’ll need key migration script
Flashing Instructions (Lineage-based Guide)
- Flash recovery image:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img - Reboot to recovery (vol + + power or fastboot)
- Apply Update > Apply from ADB
adb sideload fw_garnet*.zip - Reboot back to recovery
- Apply Update > Apply from ADB
adb sideload BlissROM_18.5_garnet.zip - Factory reset / format data
- Reboot to system
