Introducing GameBar v2.0 & System Settings UpdateGameBar has been upgraded to v2.0, bringing a smoother gaming experience with better performance and new features. Additionally, we’ve moved GameBar settings into the System Settings menu for easier access and a more streamlined user experience.

UI & Feature Improvements

1. M3 Style Switch: The interface has been updated with the latest M3-style switch, making navigation more intuitive and modern.
2. Disabled Collective Device Administrators & GMS Components: We’ve removed unnecessary GMS (Google Mobile Services) components, ensuring better security and efficiency.
3. Disabled Chimera.GmsIntentOperationService: This change helps reduce background resource usage and improves system responsiveness.

Performance Enhancements

1. Reduced Spammy Logging: We’ve silenced excessive logging to minimize clutter and improve overall performance.
2. Better /dev/diag Permissions: Adjusted permissions to ensure smoother operation for relevant system processes.
3. Optimized Background App Management:
   • Increased the number of cached apps allowed in the background for faster app switching.
   • Compact cached app heaps to improve memory efficiency.

System Tweaks

1. Allow vendor_init to Set vendor_radio_prop: This tweak enhances compatibility and stability for specific vendor-related functions.
2. Reverted to the Old Auto-Brightness Overlay: After user feedback, we’ve brought back the previous auto-brightness behavior, ensuring a more natural screen brightness adjustment.
3. These updates collectively improve system stability, battery efficiency, and overall user experience. Stay tuned for more enhancements!

Flashing Steps (same as other roms)

For Clean Flash:

1. Boot to Recovery
2. Flash recommended Firmware
3. Flash Rom with auto recovery flash turned on
4. Reboot to Recovery and flash Gapps (if vanilla build)
5. Format Data
6. Reboot to the system

For Dirty Flash:

1. Boot to Recovery
2. Flash Rom with auto recovery flash turned on
3. Reboot to Recovery and flash Gapps (if vanilla build)
4. Wipe Cache
5. Reboot to System
